A Belgian design house for outdoor warmth and light.
Heatsail was founded in 2012 in Kontich, near Antwerp, Belgium. The company designs and manufactures outdoor heaters and lighting objects that combine far-infrared heating technology with architectural lighting in a single unit. All products are designed and produced in Belgium. The founder and principal designer is Luc Teblick.
The catalogue centres on two in-house lines, Dome and Beem, alongside the Disc pendant developed with Dutch designer Piet Boon. For US buyers, products reach the market through authorised distributors, with lead times that vary by model and configuration.
A selection of lines.

Beem
Luc Teblick's overhead strip heater-and-light in powder-coated aluminium, available in four lengths from 2.3 m to 5.2 m with optional integrated misting.

Dome
Designed by Luc Teblick, HeatsailThe Dome is Heatsail's founding product and the piece that established the brand's identity: a suspended hemisphere that provides both radiant heat and ambient light in a single object. Made from powder-coated aluminium in Belgium, it uses far-infrared technology that warms people and surfaces directly without heating intermediate air.
The pendant version mounts from a ceiling or pergola beam and is suited to covered outdoor dining areas and terraces. It is offered in Midnight and Snow finishes and carries CE, IEC, and UL/CAN-CSA certification for the US and Canadian markets.
What the pieces are made of.
Heatsail builds its products in powder-coated aluminium, finished in Midnight (black) or Snow (white). Far-infrared heating elements are sealed within the body; integrated dimmable LED lighting is standard across the range. All units are rated for permanent outdoor installation.
On every brand page these details stay factual and sourced. Collection names, designers and materials are checked against the maker before they go live.
