Manutti
Belgian luxury outdoor furniture: a fabric-driven design language in aluminium, teak and woven synthetic, read for the US buyer.
A material-first design house for the open air.
Manutti was founded in 2002 by Stéphane De Winter and is based in Deerlijk, Belgium. De Winter's background in textiles – his father ran a linen processing business – anchored the brand in a fabric-first philosophy from the outset. The catalogue runs across lounge, dining and daybed programmes in powder-coated aluminium and FSC-certified teak, with a library of performance fabrics that spans more than 80 colourways.
Manutti works with an international roster of designers including Metrica Design Studio (Milan), Koen Van Extergem, Lionel Doyen, Gerd Couckhuyt and Matthew Townsend, as well as Stéphane De Winter himself. For US buyers, collections reach the market through authorised dealers in cities including Los Angeles, Miami and other major markets.

Flows
Metrica Design Studio's modular lounge system, pairing an aluminium frame with oval-leg detailing and handcrafted wood accents.

Flows
Designed by Metrica Design StudioFlows is Manutti's modular outdoor lounge programme, designed by the Milan-based Metrica Design Studio. Its signature element is the oval aluminium leg, which shifts in cross-section from the base upward, giving the frame a sculptural character distinct from standard extruded profiles. The collection combines that aluminium structure with handcrafted wood accents in finishes such as Flint Teak Natural and Black Teak Nero.
The range spans sectional sofas, lounge chairs, sun loungers, daybeds and coffee tables. The modular approach – corners, chaises and asymmetrical elements can be added or removed – allows the system to scale from a compact terrace layout to a large-format resort terrace.
What the pieces are made of.
Across its outdoor work Manutti uses powder-coated aluminium frames, FSC-certified and reclaimed teak, powder-coated stainless steel and woven synthetic fibre, combined with performance outdoor fabrics in acrylic, polyolefin and polyester. Cushion cores use quick-drying high-performance outdoor foam wrapped in a water-repelling interliner.
On every brand page these details stay factual and sourced. Collection names, designers and materials are checked against the maker before they go live.
